Pom dance combines a variety of dynamic performance skills: high-energy moves, sharp unison choreography and powerful stage presence. Routines require strength, flexibility and technique, all of which are taught in class.
Adults can join the Ignite Pom Competitive Team on Thursday evenings, a high-energy class for 18yrs+ who love teamwork, precision and performance.

Examination pathways at the academy include IDTA, RAD, ISTD, NATD, Acrobatic Arts, BBO, TDSC. UCAS points are awarded for vocational grades. Read about dance exams.
